Hall Rental


The Monterey Township Hall is available for rent. Please contact the township clerk for availability. The cost is $60.00 for residents and $150.00 for non residents.


Hall Rental Rules

  • No alcohol on the premises.
  • No smoking allowed in the Hall.
  • Leave the premises in the same condition as you found it.
  • Dispose of your own trash from the kitchen - please take it with you.
  • Make sure all doors are locked when you leave.
  • Turn off all lights when you leave.
  • Turn heat down during heating season.
  • Do not affix anything to the walls or ceiling.
  • Any damage or missing items are the responsibility of the renter, for which you will be charged.
  • Township is not responsible for any injury or accidents.
